Support
Call us. Actually.
Here’s who answers when you call. It’s not a phone tree. It’s not a chatbot. It’s a person who can read our internal documentation in real time and who remembers customers by name.
Hours
Outage line is answered 24/7.
Check your speed
Run our test against our in-network speed server. It measures what you’re actually getting, not some distant CDN.

Who answers the phone?
One of us. Our support team is the same group of people who run the network — not an outsourced call center. If it’s after hours, you’ll still reach a real person for outages.
How fast is installation?
If the fiber is already at your pole, we can usually install within about two weeks. If we need to pull new drop fiber, it can take 3–5 weeks depending on weather. We’ll give you a real date, not a window.
Is there a data cap?
No. No cap, no throttling, no slowdown after any amount of usage. Symmetrical fiber, flat rate, full speed.
Do you require a contract?
No. Month to month. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice. If you’re moving and we can follow you, we’ll move your service instead.
What’s included in the install fee?
Nothing, because it’s free. We bring the drop fiber, the ONT, the router, and the labor. We bury or run the cable, mount the ONT where you want it, and make sure Wi-Fi reaches the spots that matter.
Do you support BYO router?
Yes. The ONT hands off plain Ethernet — plug in whatever router you like. We’ll still help configure your VLANs and IPv6 if you ask.
Can I get a static IP?
Yes. Free on all business plans, $5/mo on residential plans. We do IPv4 and IPv6 and will delegate a /56 of v6 to every customer.
What happens in an outage?
We get paged before you notice. Our monitoring alerts on loss of signal from your ONT within 60 seconds. Most outages are resolved by the time you’re on the phone, but if it’s a fiber cut, we’ll send a splice truck the same day.
Do you offer static IPv6?
Yes — a /56 by default, a /48 on request for business customers. IPv6 is native dual-stack on every port.
Can I host a server on my connection?
Yes. No port blocking. We don’t block 25, 80, 443, anything. It’s your internet.
Not on the list? Just ask.
