The short version

We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t rent it. We don’t share it with third-party advertisers. We collect only what we need to provide internet service, bill you for it, and answer your questions.

What we collect

  • Contact info you give us (name, address, phone, email) when you sign up or write in.
  • Service address, account ID, and equipment MAC addresses, so we can connect the right fiber to the right house.
  • Usage metadata at aggregate level for capacity planning (total bytes, not the contents of your traffic).
  • Payment details via our payment processor — we never store full card numbers.

What we don’t collect

  • We don’t DPI your traffic. We don’t log DNS queries.
  • We don’t build behavioral profiles for advertising.
  • We don’t give your information to data brokers.

Cookies on this site

Our website uses a single first-party cookie to remember whether you’ve dismissed our cookie notice. We don’t use third-party trackers, ad pixels, or session-replay tools.

Legal requests

If law enforcement serves us with a valid subpoena, we’ll comply with what the subpoena requires — and nothing more. We publish an annual transparency report counting the total number of requests and how many we objected to.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). Email hello@walrusinternet.com.
